Below worked for me in my case on Debian linux.Without chroot session , do below.
- ls -lah /etc/resolv.confBecause it was soft link, the actual file was in /tmp/resolv.conf
- Then cp -rf /tmp/resolv.conf /mnt/etc/resolv.conf. (assuming you have disk image mounted on /mnt)Then internet worked in chroot sesstion :)
